Meeting Rooms

  • High-capacity rooms intended for medium to large group bookings.
  • Cannot be booked for single person use.
  • Technical equipment is available free of charge. A list of available equipment can be found in the room description at the time of booking.
    • Note: staff can provide basic technological support, but we cannot guarantee that AV equipment will be compatible with all systems.
  • You, or a member of your group, must have a valid Regina Public Library card
  • Cardholder can have no more than three bookings and/or three hours booked per month.
  • Can be booked 2 to 60 days in advance.
  • The library cardholder is responsible for any damage to the space or loss of equipment (if applicable).
  • RPL does not endorse the views of facility renters, nor does rental to one organization preclude rental to other organizations.

Meeting rooms can be booked in 15-minute increments for a maximum of three hours.
